Documents required for Investing in Mutual Fund

If you have KYC then:

For Individual

1. Completed Application form of the respective AMC (if in hard copy)

– Common Application Form

– ECS Auto Debit Form (for SIP)
2. Cheque in favor of the scheme you want to invest in

3. Copy of KYC.

If you do not have KYC then:

For Individual

1. Completed Application form of the respective AMC (if in hard copy)

– Common Application Form

– ECS Auto Debit Form
2. Cheque in favor of the scheme you want to invest in.

3. Filled KYC form (below documents are required for KYC).

–  PAN Card: The photocopy of the PAN with original. The Original PAN is for verification only and will be returned to you immediately.

Proof of Address Document: (one for each distinct address). These should be either original + photocopies or attested / notarised photocopies. The documents may include one of the following: Latest Telephone/Electricity Bill, Passport, Driving License, Latest Bank Passbook or A/c Statement, Voter Identity Card, Ration Card, Latest Demat Account Statement, Registered Lease / Sale Agreement of residence.

MICRO SIPs are not required to be KYC Complied and as per the prevailing requirements of MICRO SIPs, photo ID proof & address proof shall continue to remain in practice.
